Phil Jepson
Phil is the chairman of Jepson Holt. He qualified as a solicitor in 1989 at a Top 50 law firm, where he became a partner in 1992 and an equity partner in 1994. Working for four law firms over 15 years (three of them in the Top 50), Phil has led teams, multi-site business groups and an office. Before setting up Jepson Holt in September 2004, Phil worked as a director at an established legal search firm. In 2007 he completed his MBA with Distinction at Manchester Business School.

Martin Griffiths
Martin is a Director in the London Office of Jepson Holt and is a key figure in our Mergers and Acquisitions practice. He has over 35 years experience in the legal profession, having worked in two leading London Chambers. He became a Senior Clerk in 1984 and later held roles as Business Development Director and Practice Director. He has also worked as a management consultant with a leading legal sector consultancy and advises chambers on their organization and management, business structures and processes. Martin is a past chair of the Institute of Barristers Clerks and gained an MBA (Distinction) in Legal Practice from Nottingham Law School in autumn 2003.

Viv Williams
Viv is the Chief Executive of 360 Legal Group and is a highly experienced legal consultant and advisor of law firms. He is also a frequent and well-regarded conference speaker on a range of subjects affecting the legal profession. As CEO and a founding shareholder of 360 Legal Group, Viv advises law firms on the opportunities and challenges being faced as a result of the new ABS structures permitted under the Legal Services Act.

Robert Derry-Evans
Robert is a Director of 360 Legal Group and was a Partner in Cameron McKenna for over 20 years and was the firm's Managing Partner from 1994-2001. Robert ran the CMS alliance of European law firms from Brussels and latterly Frankfurt from 2002-2008. He is a consultant to Outside Insight, a consultancy run by lawyers servicing the legal sector and sits on the board of a UK based medical charity.
